For a stressful situation, Cory made the entire process light and simple. After examining the area where water was entering, he explained 3 different scenarios. He went over the procedures, timeframes and costs involved for each one. We immediately got a good vibe that he is an honest professional.
We took a few days and decided to go with Supreme and we are happy that we did.
Sami and Josh were very respectful of our pets and property and I think they get that it's a stressful time for the owners. They were all business.
Sami explained everything that was going to happen step by step. He even called me downstairs a couple of times to explain what he was doing. (I left them to their work so I wasn't in their way)
Both Sami and Josh cleaned up when the job was completed to the point where you wouldn't have know they were there.
We are both happy with the work performed by Sami and Josh and we are grateful for Cory and Supreme Basement Solutions.
