Clean pit from all debris, deodorize pit, inspect check valve, inspect sump float & switches, inspect discharge inside and outside, check battery & connections.
CRAWL SPACE:
Fog crawlspace, inspect for plumbing leaks, inspect tape seam, post inspection (if applicable), minor clean up (if applicable).
CHECK EXTERIOR:
Make sure there are no concerns with foundsation, eave trough and grading.
