For a stressful situation, Cory made the entire process light and simple. After examining the area where water was entering, he explained 3 different scenarios. He went over the procedures, timeframes and costs involved for each one. We immediately got a good vibe that he is an honest professional. We took a few days and decided to go with Supreme and we are happy that we did. Sami and Josh were very respectful of our pets and property and I think they get that it's a stressful time for the owners. They were all business. Sami explained everything that was going to happen step by step. He even called me downstairs a couple of times to explain what he was doing. (I left them to their work so I wasn't in their way) Both Sami and Josh cleaned up when the job was completed to the point where you wouldn't have know they were there.
