This Downtown Windsor apartment building owner has two basement storage units that they no longer needed. They made the smart decision to refit the rooms to become two new apartments, increasing their monthly rental income. However, basements require an Egress Window to be legally used as a living space. They gave Supreme a call to get the job done.
The Solution:
