This apartment complex owner was renovating a historic building in downtown Windsor to open it’s doors to tenants once more. However, the basement of the building experienced heavy and consistent water issues. Cracks in the foundation and groundwater in the elevator shaft were allowing significant moisture into the building, creating poor air quality and infrastructural issues.
Our team lined the entire basement with a silver vapour barrier, engineered to trap moisture and send it to the patented SafeDrain™ system.
The SafeDrain™ system then trasnports the water to the Pro Series Sump Pump which discharges the water back outside.
